Ghost Army

Check out the debut single by Sacramento melodic metal band, Ghost Army! Mixed and produced by David Bottrill (Tool, Rush, Stone Sour) and mastered by Sean Stack (Fat Cat Records).

The band formed like most bands do. Meeting through band websites followed by a series of practices and hangouts. Ghost Army was named after the US tactical deception unit from World War II whose mission was to impersonate other allied troops to deceive the enemy. It was kept a secret from the public for over 40 years.

One member of Ghost Army is a veteran so they liked the idea behind the name a lot. The music is heavy, dark, aggressive, and angry with great melodic layers and distortion.

Ghost Army’s would love to land a blockbuster movie or a video game placement. Their favorite film directors include Scorsese, Tarantino, Kubrick or Lynch would be the top.
